The Solomon Network utilizes several approaches and methodologies for delivering the services we offer. In our efforts overseas we have encountered the issue of clients unwilling to pay for the services performed. This is seen primarily in The People's Republic of China, otherwise known as Mainland China.

We have found that clients are not inclined to pay for services when there is not a tangible deliverable. Even a more efficient running operation is not sufficient to meet their definition of "tangible" so payment may not be forthcoming. The following model is designed to add an incentive for the client to pay. If they do not, they will stand to lose the business they have established with their Western customer.
