Randy Faltys

Biographical sketch

Randy Faltys is a co-founder and Vice President of Finance for The Solomon Network. He has spent 33 years in the field of real estate accounting where integrity, thoroughness and accuracy are hallmarks of the trade and he has mastered them all. Randy brings a capability and credibility to the leadership team that is the envy of any company, large or small.

His experience has included managing a staff of accounting specialists for a company that provides out-sourced bookkeeping and accounting support for their commercial property investments. Because of the size and type of companies he has dealt with he has become well-versed in the Sarbannes-Oxley requirements imposed on publicly traded companies. In this high performance environment, he serves as the controller, overseeing all financial issues.

Earlier in his career he served as a staff accountant of a small public accounting firm and eventually rose to the role of a controller of an international company. In his career path he has influenced countless people and been the "keeper of compliance" for untold numbers of clients.

Although Randy is good at what he does, the most recent use of his skills was to set up an accounting system for a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Beijing, China that works with migrant children. One of his biggest passions is working with children. That works well since the NGO serves the needs of children, Randy has had the chance to teach Chinese children English in these migrant camps.
